Gülce Akkaya

Gülce Akkaya is a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association. She graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2019 with an Honors Degree. During her studies, she participated in academic programs at the University of California, Irvine; the University of California, San Diego; and German universities including Universität Hamburg and Philipps-Universität Marburg. She previously worked at PwC Turkey as part of the tax dispute resolution team. She is currently responsible for the tax law team at Akkaya & Partners Law Firm in Istanbul.

Katrina Attard

Katrina Attard was born in Malta in 2000. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in 2021 and her Master’s degree in Accountancy in 2024 (M.Accty.), both from the University of Malta. She subsequently pursued an LL.M. in International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) with a focus on cross-border taxation. Prior to her postgraduate studies at WU, she worked at a Maltese accountancy firm where she was involved in tax compliance and advisory services for domestic clients.
