Philip Baker

Philip Baker is a barrister and Queen’s Counsel practising from Field Court Tax Chambers in Gray’s Inn. He was called to the bar in 1979, began practising in 1987, and took silk in 2002. He specializes in international tax issues, with a particular emphasis on double tax conventions, and on European Union law and taxation. He is a senior visiting fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London University, and is the author of Double Taxation Conventions and International Tax Law and the editor of the International Tax Law Reports.

Katia Cejie

Katia Cejie is Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Uppsala University, Sweden. She wrote her PhD thesis on emigration taxes in the light of EU law and tax treaty law (2010). She has continued her research in international tax law by writing a number of articles, reports and text books. She is also co-editor of the Swedish tax law journal Skattenytt.

Luc De Broe

Luc De Broe is professor of tax law at the University of Leuven (Belgium). He is the holder of the Deloitte Chair in International and EU Tax Law and tax partner with Laga in Brussels.
